Terms of Service & Privacy Agreement

1. Program Overview and Membership Agreement

By subscribing to any paid or free plan on RoboParaPro, you become a participant in the Immense Careers Group AI Education Program. This program provides educators and professionals with curated artificial intelligence tools, instructional resources, and technical support.

Membership fees cover access to the educational platform, ongoing software orchestration, server hosting, and support services provided by Immense Careers Group.

2. Account Provisioning and 72-Hour Delivery Timeframe

Please review our fulfillment and onboarding schedule carefully before placing your order:

1. Immediate Access: You will immediately receive access instructions for Syprian AI Chat on ai.syprian.com.
2. Third-Party Workspace Invitations: Invitations to join our ChatGPT Business and Claude Team workspaces are queued upon verification and sent directly to your registered email address within 24 to 72 hours.
3. Teacher Perk Activation: Verification of educator status for Textvey AI tools is reviewed manually within the same 72-hour window.

3. Workspace Usage and Third-Party Compliance

Members granted access to ChatGPT Business, Claude Team, or Textvey must adhere to the acceptable use policies and standards set by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Immense Careers Group:

1. Educational & Professional Use: Accounts are provided strictly for educational, lesson design, professional development, and administrative assistance.
2. No Reselling or Credential Sharing: Members may not sell, lease, transfer, or share their workspace credentials with non-members. Single-user access is strictly enforced.
3. Data Security: Enterprise data protections apply to our business workspaces. Conversations conducted within the assigned team workspaces are not used to train public third-party AI models by default.

4. Privacy, FERPA, and Student Data Protection

Immense Careers Group is committed to upholding rigorous standards of student privacy and data integrity:

1. FERPA Compliance: Users agree not to input personally identifiable student information (PII) into AI chat prompts without prior district authorization.
2. Data Collection: We collect only the necessary contact and verification information required to provision subscriptions and manage billing.
3. No Data Brokering: We never sell user data, verification credentials, or payment information to external marketing agencies.

5. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically each month based on your billing cycle date:

1. Cancellation at Any Time: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or managing your customer billing portal.
2. Post-Cancellation Access: Access to program tools and team workspaces will continue until the conclusion of your current paid monthly period.
3. Refund Policy: If your workspace invitations are not delivered within 72 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
